Anxiety is comman nowadays
Nowadays, anxieyt is very common; Approximately 13% of the United State population has anxiety. Teens and children are affected by anxiety as well.
Those who has anxiety disorder should not feel alone. Many people have anxiety disorders and feelings of intense stress, worry, fear, and panic. The important thing is to understand that anxiety can be treated and that living with constant anxiety is not necessary.
